Efficient backend operations require more than order processing. Businesses also need accurate warehouse controls, flexible PDA workflows, complete product data, stable platform authorization, clear sales reports, and reliable customer communication management.

This week’s JST ERP feature update focuses on improving these key areas. The latest enhancements help warehouse teams work with fewer mistakes, allow administrators to manage data more clearly, and give businesses better control over daily operations across multiple sales and fulfillment scenarios.

1. Add warehouse setting "Disable Shipping by Wave No."

JST ERP has added a new warehouse setting called "Disable Shipping by Wave No." When this setting is enabled, merchants will no longer be able to ship orders by wave number in both Wave Management and the PDA.

After the setting is turned on, the Ship button in Wave Management will be hidden automatically. At the same time, the Ship by Wave option will no longer be displayed on the PDA. This helps prevent warehouse staff from using wave-based shipping when the business does not want this shipping method to be used.

This update is useful for businesses that want stricter control over their fulfillment process. Some merchants may prefer to ship orders through other workflows instead of shipping by wave number, especially when they need more detailed checking before dispatch.

2. Support Workload Entry Without Selecting an Owner When No Warehouse Owner Restriction Is Enabled

JST ERP has improved the PDA workload entry process. When the No Warehouse Owner Restriction option is enabled, users can now record workload in the PDA without selecting an owner.

With this update, the PDA workflow better matches the actual permission setting. If the system does not limit users by warehouse or owner, users can record workload more directly and complete the task faster.

3. Product Add Color Specification Field to Bundle Product Export

JST ERP has added a new Color Specification field to the bundle product export file. This field is placed immediately after the Product Name column in the exported file.

4. Optimized Voice Announcements for Courier Registration

JST ERP has optimized the PDA voice announcement for the Tracking Number Not Found scenario in Courier Registration. The system can now play a more specific voice prompt based on the actual order status.

For example, when the system detects that the related shipment has been cancelled, the order has been cancelled, or the shipment has been deleted or voided, the PDA can announce a clearer prompt that matches the real situation.

5. Shopify Adds Refresh Token Authorization and Removes Token Based Authorization

JST ERP has updated the Shopify authorization method in accordance with Shopify’s latest platform announcement. The previous token based authorization method is no longer supported, and a new Refresh Token authorization method has been added.

With this change, the old token-based authorization option has been removed from the system. Merchants connecting Shopify stores to JST ERP will now use the updated Refresh Token authorization method instead.

6. Add Payment Method Configuration

JST ERP has added a new Payment Method column to the order details list in the Sales Report. The column is displayed after the Sales Amount column when selected, but it is hidden by default in the column configuration.

Users can choose to display this column when they need to review payment information in the report. If an order has multiple payment methods, all payment methods will be shown in the same field and separated by commas.

The Payment Method field is also supported in exports. This allows businesses to export payment method information together with sales report data for further checking, analysis, or accounting review.

7. Support Barcode Search for Owner Products

JST ERP has enhanced the Barcode and Auxiliary Code search in Zone Inventory. The search now supports owner product auxiliary codes, allowing users to search by barcode and find all matching SKUs.

In addition, users can also view the same SKU under other owners. This is useful for businesses that manage inventory for multiple owners or operate in warehouse environments where similar SKUs may exist under different owner records.

The key benefit is faster and more precise inventory lookup. Teams can reduce search time, avoid confusion between similar SKUs, and manage owner-based inventory information more effectively.

8. Support Filtering Post to Private Message Auto Replies as Unreplied

JST ERP has improved the chat filtering capability for messages generated through the Reply via Private Message setting. Messages automatically replied to through this menu can now be filtered using the Unreplied filter in Chat.

This update helps customer service teams identify conversations that still need manual follow up after an automatic reply has been sent. For merchants running social commerce campaigns, comments under posts may generate many private message interactions, making it easy for some conversations to be missed.

With the new filtering support, teams can quickly find messages that remain unreplied and prioritize customer follow up more effectively. This reduces the chance of missing potential buyers who have interacted with a post and entered a private conversation.
