JST ERP New Feature Updates in June 2026 | 22.06.2026

This week, JST ERP introduces new feature updates designed to make order management more flexible and accurate.

1. Support Importing Shipping Expense by Order

JST ERP now supports importing shipping expenses by order through the order import template. A new field named Shipping Expense has been added, allowing users to include shipping cost data when importing order information into the system.

This improvement is especially useful for businesses that handle a large number of orders and need to track shipping expenses accurately. By importing shipping expenses together with order data, teams can reduce repetitive manual entry, minimize errors, and maintain a clearer view of order related costs.

2. PEAK Invoice Settings Add a Toggle for Push Other Fees for Non Platform Orders

JST ERP has added a new toggle option called "Push Other Fees for Non-Platform Orders" in the PEAK Invoice Settings menu. This setting allows businesses to decide whether other fees from non platform orders should be included when fee data is pushed to PEAK.

When the toggle is turned off, which is the default setting, the system follows the existing logic. Fees pushed to PEAK will not include other fees. When the toggle is turned on, the system will include other fees in the data pushed to PEAK.

This update gives businesses more flexibility in managing accounting related data. For businesses that need more detailed financial records in PEAK, turning on this option helps ensure that other fees from non platform orders are included in the pushed data. For businesses that prefer to keep the previous workflow, the option can remain turned off.

3. Chat TikTok Messages Support Product URL Redirection

The TikTok Messages feature in JST ERP now supports product URL redirection from product cards in the chat interface. Users can click the URL shown on a product card and open the product detail page directly on the TikTok Shop platform.

This update helps customer service and sales teams check product information more quickly while communicating with customers. When a customer asks about a product through TikTok messages, the team can open the product page directly from the chat without having to search for the item manually.

4. Allow Address Modification for Offline Orders in Abnormal or Pending Payment Status

JST ERP now allows buyers to modify the shipping address for offline orders through the Customer Payment Link when the order is in Abnormal status and Pending Payment status in the ERP system.

After the buyer updates and saves the shipping address, the system will automatically recalculate the shipping fee based on the new address information.

5. Support Editing Product Names in Order Details and Printing the Updated Name on Offline Shipping Templates

JST ERP now supports editing product names directly on the Order Details page. After the product name is updated and saved, the new name will be stored in the order item details for that specific order.

In addition, the offline shipping template can now print the updated product name maintained in the order details. This means businesses can use the edited product name on offline shipping documents without changing the original product master data in the system.
