The first week JST ERP function update for August 2026 focuses on improving data analysis and making important information easier to find. New filters have been added to several reports, allowing users to review purchasing statistics, product profit, platform billing profit, and product sales performance in greater detail.

1. Purchase Statistics Report Now Supports Warehouse and Purchase Order Number Filters

JST ERP has added two new search filters to the Report of Purchase Statistics. Users can now search by purchase order number and warehouse directly within the report.

For businesses handling a large number of purchase orders, finding a specific transaction can take time when working with a broad set of data. The new purchase order number filter allows users to locate a particular purchasing record more quickly without manually reviewing multiple entries.

2. Product Profit Report Now Supports Product Category Filtering

The Product Profit report now includes a Product Category filter, allowing users to search and analyze product profit information based on individual product categories.

For businesses with hundreds or thousands of SKUs, analyzing profitability only at the individual product level may make it difficult to understand the overall performance of different product groups.With the new category filter, users can focus on specific groups of products and compare their profit performance more conveniently.

3. Platform Billing Profit Analysis Report Now Supports Store Filtering

JST ERP has added a store filter to the Platform Billing Profit Analysis Report. Users can now select individual stores when reviewing platform billing profit information.

Businesses that operate several stores or accounts across ecommerce platforms may experience different fees, discounts, costs, and profit levels for each store.

When all store data is combined, it can be more difficult to identify the actual performance of a particular store. The new filter allows users to review platform billing profit data separately for each store. This makes it easier to compare store performance and understand how revenue, expenses, and profit differ between stores.

4. Product Invoicing Analysis Now Displays Product Category Information

The Product Invoicing Analysis report now includes a Product Category field, allowing users to see the category associated with each product directly within the report.

With the new field, product category information is displayed alongside the relevant product data, making the report easier to review and analyze. This is particularly useful for businesses managing a wide range of products across several categories.

5. Order Export Files Now Separate Store Discounts by Order and Product Level

JST ERP has improved the order export structure by separating store discount amounts into two different fields. The exported file now distinguishes between Store Discount Amount Order and Store Discount Amount Product. Store Discount Amount Order represents discounts applied to the overall order, while Store Discount Amount Product represents discounts applied directly to individual products.

Separating discount information provides a clearer breakdown of promotional costs and helps users understand how discounts are distributed across an order.

6. Serial Number Management Now Displays Product Names

JST ERP has added a Product Name field to Serial Number Management. The product name is now displayed together with the product code, making it easier for users to identify each item.

This improvement is especially useful for businesses selling electronics, IT equipment, appliances, or other products that require individual Serial Number tracking. Products with similar product codes can be easier to identify when their names are displayed alongside them.
